Dhoom 3 crossed 150 crore net from All India Box Office, including all versions (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu). D3 achieved this feat in a record breaking time of 5 days. Previous record holders of fastest 150cr were Krrish 3 (6 days) Chennai express (7 days) Ek Tha Tiger (9 Days), but the difference is that Dhoom 3 hasn't got a single extra Holiday, apart from Sunday [even though School, Colleges are closed for Christmas vacation in many parts of the country]. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani was the last film to release in similar situations & cross 150 crore, which it did in 16 days.

Thalaivaa Worldwide Box Office Report

Ilayathalapathy's Thalaivaa Released on August 9th, 2013 Worldwide, except Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. The film opened to thundering response wherever it was released, and held on well despite mixed Reviews.

Here are the collection details of the movie from what ever circuits available

In Kerala 'Thalaivaa' was audiences first choice despite releasing alongside 5 high profile releases (4 of them Malayalalm). The film which released in 120 screens came on top in the EID weekend beating all other releases by a handsome margin. The 4 days gross is estimated to be around 3.5-4 crores.

In Karnataka the film released in 60+ screens grossing about 3-3.5 crores in 3 days

In US the film released in about 50 screens and grossed 1.40 crores in opening weekend

In UK the film grossed about 1.19 crores from 36 screens

The Telugu version 'Anna' got a distributors share of about 2.4 crores in 3days from Andhra, which is the biggest for a Vijay film.
