CHENNAI EXPRESS - Exclusive Censor Details



The much awaited Shahrukh Khan flick Chennai Express has been censored by the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC), India - Mumbai Regional Office.

The film has got 'U/A' (Unrestricted with Adult Supervision) certification with just one cut/change. Deleted the word 'Fuck' from the dialogue 'Meri life Fuck' and  Replaced with word 'Suck.

The total run time of the movie is 2 hours 22 minutes and 49 seconds. The film even though releases only on August 9th, the makers have scheduled special paid previews all across the country from 8th evening.

Earlier British Censor board (BBFC) also passed the movie with '12A' rating (12 & above).
